The program consists of 6 private workouts with a Seva Coach.* The goal for this program is to educate you on the key concepts, movements and equipment that will be used on your fitness journey. Every client will go through this program in order to be eligible for group classes. Program must be finished within 30 days.

Customize your calendar and accelerate your fitness goals with personal workout sessions. Each session is 60 minutes, and is done in a private setting.
