Borrowing exercises from martial arts, yoga, HIIT and weight lifting- your HumanFit workouts are unique and scalable. In other words, each workout has different levels of difficulty. Most importantly, each workout focuses on what the human body needs the most in order to fight premature decline.

INSTRUCTORS

Eric Romanak

Eric Romanak is a social entrepreneur with a relentless vision for making health and fitness accessible for everyday people. As a child, he seriously struggled with his weight, bullying and self-worth. By his twenties, he was divorced, bankrupt, overweight and had dropped out of college. Finally exhausted from suffering from anxiety, anger, and an addictive personality, Eric decided to do something different and began practicing martial arts. Soon he began to realize significant mental benefits from “getting back in his body” He immersed himself further into things like yoga, running, tactical fitness and nutrition. He now teaches a mind-body fitness approach that goes beyond exercise and weight loss which he shares with everyone from juvenile inmates to successful executives. His life’s work is about teaching the true value of health in order to make everyday life more meaningful and trying to bring the world into an age of wellness.

Before becoming a fitness professional, Eric was an aspiring artist and musician. He believes this background gave him a unique perspective on personal health. He is the proud father of two amazing children, Mason and Maya, and has been happily married to his “first health coach” Denise, since 2000.

He has been an instructor in Yoga, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tactical Fitness, Strength Training, and Nutrition Coaching.

Laura Webber

My health journey began in 2012 when I wanted to lose weight and become a runner. Once I discovered what my body was capable of, I was inspired to help others reach their full potential. Exercise and wellness have restored me physically, emotionally, and mentally; helping me to become a more confident and mature version of myself. Running and working on my body have been an outlet that I needed in some of the most difficult times in my life.

I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2017. I also completed a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Wellness and Fitness in 2019. I am currently completing a Holistic Nutrition Certification from the AFPA to better provide nutrition guidance and health-based eating and decision-making skills.

I believe healthy doses of movement and exercise are really an individual factor. That’s why I love coaching; everyone comes with a unique story and set of experiences that will shape how their health journey goes and I love being a part of each one. It is my desire to motivate and encourage others to discover the strength that truly comes from within and that movement and nutrition are medicine for the body and mind. I design each workout with my client’s goals in mind while helping to restore mobility and strength throughout the entire body.

Dell Taylor

I am a health and wellness coach that believes that health is more than a fit body, it’s a whole thriving human. A physical and mindful workout that emphasizes breath work is an excellent way to heal, strengthen, and grow, not only the body, but also our minds, hearts and lives. I have enjoyed an athletic upbringing and lifestyle that has shown me the benefits exercise has on the body and emotional well-being. Ten years ago I became a certified yoga instructor and started learning how to breathe and move mindfully in my body. This was a game changer, that has led me on a journey of learning, understanding and growing in my own life and body. I am fueled by this devotion and passion to serve others by guiding and supporting them into and through their own body’s journey.

Matt Queen

Matt found Seva Fitness after a career in rock climbing. His love for the sport helped foster a passion for health and personal development. Always eager to learn and share, conversations with him usually turn into talks about embracing life and living well. He’s a certified personal trainer, with a teacher’s mind and a servant’s heart.
