This program is designed to get to the heart of the most important elements of human movement and active living. No more confusion or wasting time at the gym with exercises that don’t matter.

The HumanFit system is designed to create a more functional human machine, and to do so in alignment with the client’s individual needs, circumstances and goals. In order to achieve optimal results, there are three elements to our system. We call it the Heal-Empower-Grow Platform. While they may appear to be in chronological order, they are inherently interwoven with each other. There will be times when more focus is paid to one element more than the other, but they will always be present throughout the entire system as they are all essential to your physical maintenance needs.

HEAL

In the Heal phase, your primary focus is to restore lost ranges of motion and activate dormant muscles that have been affected by our modern lifestyle. This is incredibly important for creating a foundation in which more intense exercise can be performed safely, and allow you to have a lifetime of functional fitness. In this phase, chronic injuries or nagging issues may become neutralized and stress reduction is also a common side effect.

EMPOWER

In the Empower phase you will focus on “armoring” your joints and creating stable structures with your body. In addition, you will be learning how to exercise properly while working with weights and an elevated heart rate. This is where the aging process becomes slower and our vitality is greatly increased.

GROW

The Grow phase is essentially always happening since all of your efforts will be progressive. However, at some point, there will naturally be a greater focus on things like athletic development and physical transformation. This is the phase that most people jump into prematurely and cannot be sustained.
The ultimate goal of the HumanFit system is to equip you with the education and skill set that allows you to move freely with vitality, so you can live the life you wish.
