I am a health and wellness coach that believes that health is more than a fit body, it’s a whole thriving human. A physical and mindful workout that emphasizes breath work is an excellent way to heal, strengthen, and grow, not only the body, but also our minds, hearts and lives. I have enjoyed an athletic upbringing and lifestyle that has shown me the benefits exercise has on the body and emotional well-being. Ten years ago I became a certified yoga instructor and started learning how to breathe and move mindfully in my body. This was a game changer, that has led me on a journey of learning, understanding and growing in my own life and body. I am fueled by this devotion and passion to serve others by guiding and supporting them into and through their own body’s journey.
