Human Fit is based on the idea of "functional fitness," where the major emphasis is good form, alignment and breathe-work. Each class is designed to be suitable for many different levels of fitness experience. This class focuses on reclaiming full ranges of motion in the joints, core stability, stress-resilience and endurance. While each class is different, we typically follow a high-intensity interval training model (HITT), using body weight exercises, kettlebells, clubbells, medicine balls and more. Modifications and low impact options are available for every exercise.
