Restorative Stretching takes elements of traditional stretching and blends them with meditative breathing, yoga and internal focus for a low-intensity, body rejuvenating experience. This class is designed to help the body and mind recover from the day to day rush of modern life. Classes are generally 40-50 minutes in length.
