Monday 6:30-7:30 PM, Wednesday 5:30 PM, Thursday 8:30-9:30 AM — TacFit has been called “The world’s smartest workout” by Men’s Health Magazine. Because of it’s philosophy and scalable design, TacFit is both suitable for beginners and embraced by veteran fitness practitioners. Body weight exercises, kettlebells, clubbells, medicine balls and more are used to challenge your body, mind and nervous system so you can learn how to adapt to stress positively. This class is suitable for all abilities.
Wednesday 6:30-7:30 PM — Find balance while both challenging yourself and caring for yourself. Calming breathwork, fluid movement and structural alignment are the central pieces of a mature yoga practice. Practice self-care for life and recover from the day to day stress that accelerates aging and disease.

Tuesday & Thursday 5:45 AM — Start right first thing in the morning with this 40 minute class. Begin by warming up with mobility work and ramp up as the minutes pass with some yoga and calisthenics. Finish up with enough time to get ready for work and take the kids to school. It’s a perfect way to win the day!
Thursday 6:30-7:30 PM — The human body is a very sophisticated machine, and yet our Physical Education was learning how to play sports. So many of us who weren’t born natural athletes would not have struggled with fitness had we learned the basic principles that make exercise safer, more enjoyable and pain free. Human Fit is a fun and energetic class to get you moving better and feeding an active lifestyle.
Friday 5:30 PM-Perfect for all fitness levels The Works is designed to increase your metabolism and give an incredible energy boost! The workouts will incorporate balance, stability, strength, and agility. A great class with a variety of fun equipment and done in an interval training protocol.
Tuesday 5:30 PM — Why not go for it? What are you waiting for? In addition to an amazing workout this class will harness the power of goal setting, the role of our health in achieving them, and the balance between serving others and self-love.
